| Job Description: |
The incumbent will be responsible to:
- Provide end to end recruitment services for each client
- Maintain employee records in HRIS for each client
- Complete documentation of all clients
- Provide details of inductions and separations to insurance company
- Coordinate with insurance company and brokers for medical claims
- Look after bank account matters of existing and new employees
- Prepare payroll client wise
- Look after legal and compliant issues
- Maintain healthy relationship with clients
- Handle HR operational work of internal HR
Job Criteria: The potential candidate:
- Must hold master’s degree in Human Resources from a reputable institution
- Must have experience of 3 years or more
- Should have diploma or certification in the field of Human Resources
- Should have ‘can do’ attitude with an energetic personality
