Job Responsibility of Accounts Executive are:

• Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
• Record all Financial Transactions in Customized Software.
• Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.
• Can able to prepare Weekly & Monthly Reconciliations.
• Petty cash handling.
• Manage payroll activities and release salaries.

Job Requirements are:

• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Software.
• Must be active and energetic.
• Possessed strong observational skills.
• Must have relevant experience or qualification.
• Must be flexible in timings.
• Can manage work independently and quick decision maker.
• Ability to handle work pressure.
