1. Extend strategic advice to the management on HR matters in light of business strategy of the organization
2. Plan, organize and implement HR plan after approval of the management
3. Propose HR policy interventions, innovations, reformative initiatives and sustainable corrective measures to improve organizational quality and impact
4. To Maintain Employees file, attendance and maintaining data up to date record.
5. To implement performance appraisal exercise with a view to maintain and boost the morale of high performers
6 To deal with Insurance company for Health insurance policies and Employees addition/deletion
7. To handle complaint and grievance of employees in order to remove dissatisfaction
8. . Any other assignment given by the management
9. Ensure all JDs with key responsibilities of all staff members are executed. Quarterly bi-annual and annual review to be conducted that everyone is functioning as per their JDs
10. Annual appraisement as per employee JDs with different classifications i.e., A,B,C and salary/perks aligned with the same in a very objective manner
11. Having experience of dealing with EOBI and Labor departments
12. Work with payroll and commission workings to process monthly payroll.
13. To activate Employee Banking with concern Banks
14. Deal with all disciplinary/grievance and absence management
