| Job Description: |
- Installation and troubleshooting of Network related hardware/software.
- Firewall Installation/Configuration & Management
- Router/Server management / Overall network related issues
- Management of inhouse software, printers, faxes and telephone system
- Knowledge of Client/server database applications
- Migration of servers / OS to latest version
- Network security, technical Helpdesk services & related ICT tasks
- Administration of Windows PC's, Handling/Management of servers, Cabling and patching/tagging
- Disaster Recovery/Backup Management
- Willing to travel to different areas of Pakistan when required by branch offices
- CCTV Configurations, installation and management (All branches)
- Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords
- Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet and installing antivirus protection
- Fixing network faults
