- Manages performance of project team
- Accomplishes assigned tasks results by assigning proper duties, defining performance expectations and consistently coaching.
- Continuous Coordination/Correspondence with international clients in befitting manner.
- Maintains effective performance of the team and efficient service delivery to our clients.
- Understands IT tasks, planning for the execution of the task and incorporating the same plan efficiently amongst team member to get the desired results.
- Follows up the assigned tasks, to ensure the smooth flow of the project.
- Team Managements in terms of professional behavior, compliance with company rules and regulations and performances.
- Drives the team in pleasant and productive manner to maintain effectiveness of the team
- Able to perform all tasks himself efficiently.
