Job Description:
  • Assisting CEO with office related tasks.
  • Delivering presentations with clients on webinar.
  • Performing cost accounting and cost analysis.
  • Managing Social Media i.e. Facebook page.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system.
  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information, identifying and communicate solutions.
  • Provides administrative support to all employees, and responsible for coordination of office management activities.
  • Maintain up-to date filling system and file all correspondence of CEO Office, ensure to safeguard confidential information.
  • Must have excellent English communication.
