Job Description: |
Develop ‘Manpower Planning’ and ‘Talent Management’ Strategies in liaison with Business Unit Heads / Departmental Heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs and fill all vacancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely recruitment of high-quality resources for all the vacant positions in the company.
- Ensure all the HR Recruitment processes are aligned with company’s recruitment & selection policy and ensure strict implementation of the policy within organization.
- Work with the hiring managers to develop job descriptions, objectives and KPIs of each position.
- Create and publish job advertisements on LinkedIn, Job Hunting Sites and Company’s website.
- Screen/review applications evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, ability and develop a shortlisted pool of potential candidates and forward to the hiring managers.
- Maintain database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to talent management needs.
- Conduct applicant’s preliminary interviews (in person and/or on the phone) and coordinate pre-employment test schedules and.
- Present fully screened, qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner. Review candidate qualifications with hiring managers. Facilitate applicant interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate interview results and selection decision with hiring manager. Provide candidates feedback on interview results.
- Complete the background/reference checks on selected candidates as per company policy.
- Manage offer process and negotiate compensation package including salary, start date and allowances for international postings.
- Prepare offer letter/employment agreement for signature by hiring manager, candidate and others as appropriate.
- Execute day-to-day HR functions and other miscellaneous duties.
- Any other task assigned by the line manager.
