• Develop Logistical plans for the handling of FBA Shipments.
• Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways.
• Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations (Amazon warehouses at USA) on schedule.
• Design and develop standard operating methods to manage logistics operations effectively.
• Coordinate with Logistics Companies to get optimum freight rates & ability to avoid Demurrage and Detention costs.
• Able to ship LCL shipments from China to USA.
• Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS, International Logistics Companies, Handling of Import & export shipments, Documentation etc.
• Ensure timely and cost effective release of payments.
• Managing & maintaining all office records including the confidential data.
• Detailed forecasting analysis (Calculation & Monitoring) with Proactive and corrective measures.
• Analyzing trend of products through historical data & Launch plans.
• Analyzing & managing the FBA Inventory Levels with minimum fees.
• Preparing the weekly budget of Manufacturing, Shipping & Inspection costs.
• Reporting to team lead on time and advise valuable suggestions
• Conduct product and process analysis for quality improvement, cost reduction and enhanced efficiency.
• Provide cost evaluation and manufacturing documents
• Negotiating terms and prices with suppliers and freight companies, monitoring and assessing their performance and maintaining cost-effective practices
• Implementing logistic strategies, tracking goods from the origination point to the warehouse
• Handling the issues with supplies
• Preparing bills and invoices
• Managing distribution and shipment budgets
• Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards

Skills / Competencies Required:             

• Bachelors degree.
• 3+ years of Supply Chain & logistics management experience.
• Strong tracking and coordination knowledge.
• Advanced skills with MS Excel & Google Docs.
• Ability to understand the current market and industry trends involving new products.
• Understanding of forecasting methodologies and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent Organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English are essential.
• Worked closely with Chinese distributors.
• Ability to handle a diverse workload.
