We are a tech-based logistics company, looking for an experienced Sales Manager.

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
•  Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
•  Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
•  Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Job Requirements

• Must have experience in the trucking service industry.
• Must have previous experience as Sales Manager in logistics sector preferably in freight Forwarding/ Shipping lines/ trucking
•   Bachelor degree preferably in business/ supply chain or related
•  Ability to work both independently and within a team.
•  Must possess a strong work ethic.
•  Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
