| Job Description: |
- Acts as Team Lead for the campus for the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure as directed by AM Systems and IT Manager.
- Administer/Troubleshoot internet and all other Services in IT Lab through Lab assistants.
- Serves as Team Lead for the administration and maintenance of WAN as directed by AM Systems and IT Manager.
- Initiates, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, and procedures related to IT.
- Preserves assets and data by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures.
- Act as Team Lead for creating network and email accounts, setting up laptops/desktops, and updating company phone lists and email address books.
- Administering all Internet bill/invoices and dealing with the vendor for smoothly provision services.
- Ensure smooth implementation of the Trouble ticket system.
- Serve as Team Lead for the resolution of all trouble calls/emails and enters work orders into our tracking software.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Get the weekly health check of servers and report if there is any issue related to the health of systems.
- Manage and administer Juniors Staff work, arrange training, and evaluate their performance.
