Job Description:
  •   Develop and administrate human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
  •  Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
  •  Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
  •  Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  •  Discuss Salary & benefits with shortlisted applicant and negotiate salary and benefits.
  •  Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
  •  Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals
  • Verify HR Headcount Report and share with the finance department.
  •  Ensure the fair treatment of employees and effective communication between employees and managers.
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Address conflicts and strive to resolve them in a positive manner that benefits all parties and facilitates healthy work relationships.
  • Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in coordination with relevant line managers.
  • Prepare analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
  •  Prepare Performance evaluation mechanism as per annual departmental Goals & Objectives.
  • Discuss Goals & Objective performance with Departmental Heads on a quarterly basis.
  • Manage annual performance appraisal activity, monitor the data compilation; finalize appraisals in accordance with Annual Rating, Internal Benchmarking and grading structure.
  • Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
  • Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
  • Develop different Workforce Analysis Reports such as turnover analysis, hiring analysis, attendance and leaves.
  • Prepare HR Productivity reports, identify areas of improvement and develop training plans accordingly.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.
