- Hands on experience of preparation of BOQs
- Supervise vendors by selecting and evaluating them as well as monitoring and controlling their performance
- Ability to read, interpret and discuss Layouts & Drawings with different vendors/architects with respect to technical aspects
- Technical knowledge of Electrical Works, read drawings and understanding of single line diagrams
- Travel to and supervise multiple sites during the course of a day
- Meet operational standards by resolving problems
- Look after company sites and ensure their safe keeping
