Job Description: |
Gulf Alliance is looking for Investment Advisor in Sales Department. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, passionate about excellence, and should portray high levels of professionalism. Able to meet targets by selling high-end real estate projects, maintain a high level of professional relations with clients.
Minimum Bachelors Degree.
MS Office: Must have strong command of MS Office to prepare presentations and analysis.Must be good in numbers & calculations
Required experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar capacity (Preferably in Real Estate)
Job Description:
- Managing and maintaining business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Calling on potential business leads and converting the leads into Sales.
- Maintaining active follow-up with the potential clients and arranging respective appointments.
- Keeping proper records of the Sales Transactions and documentation of the clients.
- Cold calling the potential leads and presenting new investment avenues.
- Developing proper Product knowledge for effective selling and presentations.
- Aiming to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Staying up to date with the latest sales and marketing trends.
Requirements:
