| Job Description: |
We are looking for an experienced and professional Regional Manager Training for our office in Islamabad.
- Actively engage in researching, creating, organising and finalising training content as well as resources
- Ensure timely delivery of training content, resources and supplies
- Initiate and manage international professional development initiatives & partnerships
- Perform activities related to communication & coordination (within the department and externally).
- Provide support in arranging & coordinating in-house and off-site training events.
- Keeping an updated record of all the teachers enrolled in the system their need analysis, branch wise and corrective measures in close collaboration with the HR department.
- Developing a pool of master trainers’ category wise to fulfill the needs of the day-to-day requirements.
- Conduct training needs analysis
- Develop, revise / update, deliver and evaluate training and development courses ensuring that statutory training requirements are met
- Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages.
