• Responsible for executing sales and marketing tasks on Tele and Online Platforms

• Responsible for providing quality sales and customer support services through inbound calls, live chat and emails on the basis of provided guidelines.

• Developing long term relationships with key clients,.

• Maintaining excellent client relationships.

• Maximizing sales opportunities across existing clients.

• Finding upgrades/ selling opportunities.

• Keeping record of all deliveries and ensuring that project deliverable are sent to client on time.

• Payment verification's and billing related concerns.
