| Job Description: |
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 2 years of experience to create amazing user experiences. The purpose of the job is turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI/UX skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and wire-frames, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Particularly Adobe XD. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to / Create style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Working with our development team you will be responsible for creating designs, concepts and identities for our clients.
- Creating high quality web and mobile apps designs
- Crafting a fluid and exciting user experience driven by flawless UI design
- Communicating with technical staff and modifying design based on technical requirements and client’s feedback
Requirements
- 2+ years of web & mobile apps designing
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio of designed projects
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. Hands on experience with Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Adobe XD)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Intellectually curious, attention to detail
- Excellent verbal & written communication skill
- Ability to work independently with little direction
- Good time-management skills
