Job Description:

Trademor, official Channel Partner of Alibaba.com in Pakistan, is looking for a competitive and passionate Sales Executive,  who is committed to working in a startup environment, to help us build up our business activities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work on enhancing in-service customers’ experience on Alibaba.com by providing necessary technical support in improving their online performance through different activities such as industry specific group forums, tutorials and guidance emails etc.
  • Work on developing business for company through selling and upselling of Alibaba.com VAS products.
  • Categorize In-service customers and target them accordingly for service support and guidance.
  • Plan, participate and execute online and offline training activities for in-service customers such as Workshops and Webinars and Google Hangout Sessions
  • Carry out research activities to provide necessary support in developing the market and catering existing customers in a better way
  • Provide additional support to sales team on sales traction activities
  • Work as Alibaba.com certified representative in developing the Pakistani market for Alibaba.com 
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and sales pitch on products and services
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Plan, carry out and execute offline marketing activities to create awareness about the company and its product offerings
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Working as PoC in gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with internal teams
