We are seeking a technically proficient Professional Services Consultant to support and manage ATM systems. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ATM architecture, software integration, monitoring infrastructure, and security frameworks, along with a strong awareness of local ATM industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support for ATM hardware/software, including transaction flow, device handlers, and middleware.
• Configure and monitor ATM networks, host integrations, and security servers (e.g., TLS/SSL, HSM, firewalls).
• Troubleshoot ATM faults, analyze logs, and resolve issues related to performance, connectivity, or application behavior.
•  Ensure compliance with industry standards and security best practices (PCI-DSS, EMV, etc.).
• Collaborate with clients to implement customized ATM solutions based on local market needs.
• Participate in UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Technical Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ATM systems (e.g., NCR, Diebold Nixdorf, GRG).
• Proficient in ATM software, device control libraries, XFS standards, and integration with banking hosts/switches.
• Experience with ATM monitoring tools and backend systems (e.g., Vynamic View, ESQ, INETCO , Feelview, GRGesm).
• Knowledge of secure communications, encryption, and authentication protocols.
• Strong understanding of the local ATM ecosystem, compliance, and customer behavior.
