We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Purchase Manager to oversee our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality products, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless supply of materials in alignment with company goals and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Source and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors for quality, price, and delivery speed.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.

• Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to delays or quality.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

• Conduct market research to keep up with industry trends and new products.

• Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to forecast needs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

• Evaluate supplier performance and build long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Purchase Manager, Procurement Manager, or similar role.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).

• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
