Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Human Resources to support the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. This role will involve hands-on responsibilities across core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation sessions.

  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.

  • Handle employee relations, address grievances, and support conflict resolution efforts.

  • Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

  • Coordinate training and development activities to enhance employee skills and growth.

  • Contribute to the implementation of HR systems, policies, and initiatives.

  • Monitor employee engagement and support initiatives that foster a positive work culture.

  • Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.

  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.

  • Stay updated with HR trends, labor legislation, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.

  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
