Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive and achieve or exceed their targets.
- Establish sales targets for their Team Leads, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Provide leadership and direction to the Team Lead, fostering a disciplined and high-performance floor culture
- Hire, train, and onboard new sales team members
- Conduct Bi-weekly sessions with their respective Team Leads to increase sales efficiency
- Achieve or exceed the Monthly Sales targets of their teams
- Monitor team performance on Internal platforms, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement
- Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Ensure that Team leads are addressing client issues and complaints promptly and effectively
- Provide suggestions and Ideas to streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Assist Team Leads in resolving complex sales and after-sales issues
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry updates, competitor rates, and new opportunities
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design travel packages that meet market demands
- Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement
- Analyze sales data to identify patterns, insights, and actionable strategies.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and after-sales teams to ensure effective collaboration is being done
- Maintain open lines of communication with the team leads and their teams, ensuring they are informed about company policies, updates, and performance expectations
