| Job Description: |
Experience: Minimum 6 years of field sales experience, with experience in the travel or Umrah industry preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets, with a focus on travel and Umrah services.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of field sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and partners, particularly those in the Umrah and travel sectors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Regularly conduct field visits to key regions, building relationships with clients and ensuring the team is performing at a high level in the field.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities, particularly in the travel/Umrah industry.
