We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect & Team Lead - AI to spearhead the architecture and development of advanced AI solutions. This role requires an individual with deep technical expertise in AI, excellent communication skills, and leadership experience. The candidate will lead and manage a team of developers while also collaborating with sales teams to assist in client acquisition. The role involves engaging in client-facing discussions, building project architectures, and taking responsibility for executing complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecting AI Solutions: Design end-to-end architectures for AI applications, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and performance.

• Team Leadership: Lead a team of AI engineers and developers, assign tasks, and oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

• Complex Problem Solving: Take ownership of complex project elements and provide hands-on support in areas like AI model development, deployment, and optimization.

• Client Engagement: Actively participate in meetings with international clients to understand their requirements, propose solutions, and close deals.

• Sales Collaboration: Engage with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, helping to close leads with tailored AI offerings.

• AI Project Management: Lead multiple AI projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, meets client expectations, and adheres to best practices.

• Research & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies (ML, LLMs, CV, NLP) and recommend improvements to the architecture and processes.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all AI solutions are compliant with relevant security, privacy, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in building AI solutions across domains such as ML, LLMs, NLP, and CV.

• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale AI applications from scratch.

• Expertise in AI tools and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and OpenAI.

• Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Python, Flask, FastAPI, and databases.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment practices.

• Leadership Experience: Prior experience in leading AI development teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.

• Client Engagement: Experience dealing with international clients, including leading technical discussions and assisting sales teams in closing deals.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex project requirements and drive innovative solutions.
