We are currently looking for a Construction Manager for Civil Works to manage and oversee concrete and structural works on site.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction activities, including large-scale concrete works and pipe works.
• Ensure execution according to design, technical specifications, and project schedule.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure safe, high-quality work.
• Report progress and key issues to the Project Manager and collaborate with other departments.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site.
• Coordinate with QA, ESHS, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:

• A degree in civil engineering or a related technical field.
• Solid experience in managing civil works – especially concrete works – on large construction sites.
• Experience from similar infrastructure or water sector projects is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Urdu – both written and spoken.
