Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings based on project specifications.
• Use 3D Max, AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software to generate accurate construction documentation.
• Produce 3D models and render presentations using Lumion.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure drawings meet design intent and are constructible.
• Coordinate with planning engineers to align drawing outputs with project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Conduct on-site QA/QC spot checks to ensure construction work complies with approved drawings and standards.
• Report any discrepancies, deviations, or issues discovered during inspections.
• Update and revise drawings in response to feedback, site conditions, and QA/QC findings.
• Manage drawing files, ensure version control, and maintain organized documentation.
• Support and guide junior draftsmen as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Diploma in Interior Design
• Minimum 7 years of experience in drafting within the construction, engineering, or architectural sector.
• Proficiency in 3D Max, AutoCAD, Revit, and Lumion.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and the ability to conduct field inspections.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and design standards.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
