We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented eCommerce & Digital Store Executive to manage and grow our online retail presence. This role will focus on maintaining our Shopify store, managing product content, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring an exceptional digital customer experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and a passion for digital retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management

• Manage daily operations of our Shopify store and website.
• Regularly update product listings with accurate details, images, pricing, tags, and stock status.
• Ensure seamless user navigation, checkout process, and mobile responsiveness.

Inventory & Order Coordination

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams or suppliers to manage availability.
• Oversee order processing, shipping status, returns, and exchanges.
• Identify and resolve any order-related or fulfillment issues.

Content & Visual Merchandising

• Organize collections, homepage banners, and promotional content in line with campaigns or seasons.
• Work with design/marketing teams to implement high-quality visuals and copy.

Customer Experience & Analytics

• Monitor and improve the customer journey from landing page to post-purchase.
• Use Shopify Analytics and other tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track sales performance, conversion rates, and key metrics.
• Report on product performance, sales trends, and provide recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows (inventory, orders, promotions).
• Basic skills in image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of e-commerce SEO, performance optimization, or user behavior analysis.
