We are seeking a highly capable and experienced General Manager Operations to lead the day-to-day operations at our Pace Tower Project in Gulberg, Lahore. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, owner and tenant satisfaction, and the effective functioning of all building systems and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of building operations, including maintenance, facility management, and services for both owners and tenants.
• Oversee building systems such as electrical, HVAC, generators, and elevators.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations while maintaining a clean, secure, and efficient environment.
• Lead and coordinate operational teams, including security, housekeeping, and maintenance staff.
• Develop and control operational budgets, optimize costs, and ensure financial accountability.
• Address owner and tenant concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute events, promotions, and footfall enhancement strategies.
• Ensure timely recovery of rents and service charges, and maintain accurate records for both owners and tenants.
• Support business development through promotional campaigns aligned with sales and leasing activities.

• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and operational cost control.
• Hands-on experience managing high-rise commercial buildings or shopping malls is highly preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.An  MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in operations management, ideally within large commercial facilities.
