Job Description: |
- Responsible for preparing and making all entries (Cash & Bank disbursement vouchers, Journal vouchers and cash receipt vouchers etc.
- Prepares all accounting and financial reports as required.
- Responsible for maintenance of fixed assets of the company.
- Ensure that expenditure charged is according to budgeted line items and also charged to specific funding source (if any).
- Preparation of Financial Statement of HO as well as consolidated financial statement of NRSP.
- Assist PM F&A in responding to requirements of various sectors and agencies regarding financial and accounting information or matter.
- Collection, analyzing and summarizing the financial data from NRSP Regional Offices, as well as advising the Regional Accountants on Accounting and reporting requirements.
- Monthly payroll of NRSP, Head Office Employees other than Management and professionals.
- Disbursements to regional Offices regarding programme and admin expenditure in addition, the following tasks
- financial planning, own source revenue /cost recovery/tariff and budgeting & accounting practices
