Job Description:

  • Design and develop training modules tailored to specific learning objectives.

  • Conduct training needs assessments to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate accurate and up-to-date content.

  • Develop interactive and engaging learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital resources.

  • Ensure alignment with international standards and best practices in instructional design.

  • Pilot and refine modules based on feedback from trainers and participants.

  • Provide technical support for the implementation of training programs.

  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of training modules to enhance learning outcomes.
