- Design and develop training modules tailored to specific learning objectives.
- Conduct training needs assessments to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate accurate and up-to-date content.
- Develop interactive and engaging learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital resources.
- Ensure alignment with international standards and best practices in instructional design.
- Pilot and refine modules based on feedback from trainers and participants.
- Provide technical support for the implementation of training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of training modules to enhance learning outcomes.
