Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
Make daily telephonic calls to assigned client banks to maintain relationships and boost sales volume.
Professionally handle incoming client emails, draft responses, and ensure timely communication after managerial approval.
Prepare, update, and submit daily MIS (Management Information System) reports with accurate and structured data.
Coordinate with the Customer Service (CS) team to track task completion and support sales operations.
Maintain records of all client interactions and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Assist the Manager in daily planning, reporting, and execution of marketing and sales activities.
Manage time-sensitive tasks effectively, demonstrating strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Ensure professional relationship management and timely response to support client satisfaction and company targets.
