| Job Description: |
- Manage and support ERP systems: Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ERP software, with a special focus on POS ERP software.
- Installation and configuration: Supervise the installation and configuration of security cameras and related hardware in business premises.
- Hardware installation and setup: Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware including computers, printers, servers, and other peripherals.
- Provide Level-1 Network support and basic knowledge firewalls and network routers also Ubiquiti and mikrotek.
- Cloud infrastructure management: Oversee the organization’s cloud servers, including storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions and manage work group or users data on cloud server.
- POS system support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Point of Sale (POS) systems, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation in retail environments. effective POS system usage and provide troubleshooting support for any POS-related issues.
- Team management: Supervise, train, and mentor the IT support team, ensuring high levels of performance and knowledge in resolving IT issues.
