| Job Description: |
- Ensure timely achievement of branch targets with absolute policy compliance.
- Perform mobilization in the branch radius to identify new clients and localities.
- Organize daily meetings with COs to plan targets and discuss performance.
- Conduct daily field visits regarding center/client audits including screening, delinquency, loan utilization, etc.
- Perform verification of all loan’s disbursement clients.
- Initiate CIB queries at branch and update staff & AM accordingly.
- Manage field quality by ensuring all operations are in line with CEIP policies & standards.
- Review consolidated loan requests and compile approved/rejected cases list to share with AM.
- Ensure complete documentation and record of all disbursement cases.
- Organize the disbursement of loans to clients as per company policies and SOPs in his/her presence.
- Timely attend client issues and provide them solutions as needed.
- Supervise Branch Accountant’s daily activities and assist him in preparing monthly reports.
- Attend monthly area meeting with AM to share progress and actions to improve performance.
- Responsible for managing monthly expense budget of branch.
- Ensure maintenance, safety and upkeep of branch and its assets.
- Manage all staff-related issues including ethics, conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Conduct monthly appraisal of all COs and Branch Accountant of assigned branch.
- Responsible for on-the-job training of JPs/trainee COs and their confirmation feedback.
