Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Relations Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions

  • Maintain customer records and update information

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

  • Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer service experience is a plus

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Basic computer skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
