We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer / Technical Lead to guide our development teams in delivering high-quality IT outsourcing solutions for U.S. and global clients. You will oversee the technical strategy and execution of projects involving ERP implementations, cloud migrations, AI-driven applications, e-commerce platforms, and IT help desk systems. As a key liaison between our Pakistan and U.S. teams, you will mentor developers, ensure alignment with client requirements, and drive innovation in industries like healthcare, retail, and transportation. Your leadership will uphold Master1Tech’s reputation for precision, transparency, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable web and mobile applications.
• Oversee end-to-end development of ERP solutions (NetSuite, Infor), cloud deployments (AWS, Azure), and AI features (predictive analytics, NLP).
• Mentor and guide a team of 5+ developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based project managers and clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Drive adoption of modern tools and frameworks to enhance project delivery.
• Manage integrations with help desk platforms (Zendesk, ServiceNow) and e-commerce systems.
• Foster cross-cultural collaboration, aligning with our mission to connect diverse communities.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, aligning with Master1Tech’s no-surprises policy.

• Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams of 5+ developers
• Frontend: React.js, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS
• Backend: Node.js, Python, Java, .NET Core, PHP (Laravel)
• Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server
• Cloud Platforms: AWS (RDS, ECS), Azure, Google Cloud; expertise in IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• ERP Systems: NetSuite, SAP ERP, Infor, Epicor
• AI/ML: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Microsoft Bot Framework, NLP for multilingual applications
• DevOps: Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible
• E-Commerce: Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce; ADA/WCAG compliance
• Help Desk: ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk
• Other: Microservices architecture, GraphQL, Web security best practices, Agile/Scrum

Experience Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven experience leading projects in at least two of the following: ERP, cloud, AI/ML, or e-commerce.
• Strong background in client-facing roles, ideally with U.S. or global clients.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and managing remote teams.
• Exceptional English proficiency for technical and business communication.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
