Corporate Financial Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies for the real estate division Lead capital raising initiatives (debt/equity) for projects worth PKR 50 B+ Optimize capital structure and investment decisions across the portfolio
Financial Operations Leadership
Oversee all financial operations across multiple project sites Implement best-in-class financial controls and reporting systems Drive financial digital transformation initiatives
Investor Relations & Funding
Cultivate relationships with international and domestic investors Negotiate with financial institutions for project financing Lead due diligence processes for joint ventures and partnerships
Risk Management & Compliance
