Job Description:

The Manager of Ethics and Compliance at CBRE PVT Ltd plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of integrity and adherence to compliance standards within the organization. We need to hire the canndaies from the mulitnational company not Banking Sector.

Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as the key point of contact between local business leaders and the Global Risk, Ethics & Compliance Team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify compliance risks by working closely with local management and staff, advising business leaders on mitigation actions and strategies.
  • Implement and execute the required Global Risk, Ethics & Compliance program deliverables across the Territory, adhering to corporate requirements.
  • Conduct periodic Ethics & Compliance Risk Assessments and manage follow-up actions regarding employee disclosures and standards of business conduct certifications.
  • Facilitate the governance of corporate policies in the Territory, ensuring that policies are updated and accessible to all staff via corporate platforms.
  • Provide training and support to local management on compliance topics, including new initiatives identified through risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Integrity Team to implement risk-based monitoring and support anti-corruption and anti-money laundering initiatives in the Territory.
  • Engage with leadership to ensure compliance program activities are adequately resourced and aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor compliance metrics and conduct Compliance Review Boards to maintain oversight of compliance initiatives and action plans.
  • Assist the Ethics & Compliance Trust Team during internal investigations, providing logistical support and coordinating communication between the Trust Team and local management.
  • Promote a positive Speak-Up culture by rolling out resources such as 'Do the Right Thing' materials and ensuring awareness of the Ethics Helpline and Non-Retaliation Policy.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and guidance of the Ethics & Compliance Ambassador network, facilitating information flow and addressing concerns as necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of Ethics & Compliance initiatives by participating in management meetings and regional forums.
  • Support corporate and global Ethics & Compliance projects, including involvement in M&A due diligence processes to identify compliance risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address potential regulatory changes, providing support in managing personal conflicts of interest and data privacy issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of the Ethics & Compliance program and addressing legal issues as they arise.
