We are looking for a seasoned CFO to provide strategic financial leadership and oversight to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing financial planning and analysis and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. CFO will play a key role in driving business growth, optimizing financial performance and providing guidance to the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and optimize financial performance.

2. Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting and provide regular financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

3. Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including financial statements, reports and other regulatory filings.

4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks and develop strategies to manage financial exposures.

5. Investor Relations: Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, and ensure effective communication of financial results and company performance.

6. Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws and standards, including IFRS, SEC regulations and other relevant regulatory requirements.

7. Leadership: Lead and manage the finance team and provide guidance and support to ensure the team's success.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: CA (ICAP) or equivalent professional qualification.

2. Experience: Minimum of 12 to 15 years of post qualification experience in finance, including at least 8 years in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CFO.
