We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering and quality assurance
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and report to senior management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet expectations
• Conduct project reviews, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field 
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project)
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

• Industrial engineering background with knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
