We are looking for a Deputy Manager HR to support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, organisational development, C&B, employee relations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy: Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures.
2. Recruitment: Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate selection and onboarding.
3. Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management programs, including training, development and succession planning.
4. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances and resolve conflicts.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and company policies.
6. HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including employee data management, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: MBA (HR) or equivalent, with certifications like CIPD or SHRM preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
3. Skills:
