| Job Description: |
Compensation Plan:
- $100 USD/month (paid weekly)
- $200 USD bonus per qualified lead that closes (paid every Tuesday)
Role Overview:
- Make outbound cold calls to U.S. homeowners and generate qualified leads.
- You are not responsible for closing deals.
- Daily Schedule (PST):
- Shift Time: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (7 hours)
- Lunch Break: 1:00 PM PST (30 minutes)
- Short Break: 3:30 PM PST (15 minutes)
- Zoom Check-In: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST
- Time Tracking: Google Sheets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Talk Time: Minimum 3 hours daily
- Call Volume: At least 50 outbound calls/day
- Lead Submission: 3-4 qualified leads per shift
Tools & Platforms:
- WhatsApp: For updates and announcements
- Zoom: Daily check-ins
- Google Sheets/Drive: For tracking and reporting
- Qualified Lead Criteria: Homeowner is willing to sell now or within 6 months
- Property information is provided Seller motivation score is 5+ Seller is open to follow-up from acquisitions team
