We’re hiring Inside Sales Associates (ISAs) to join our growing team at iZ Square. Your role will be to generate and qualify high-quality leads of home buyers and sellers in the U.S. and Canadian real estate markets. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to home buyers and sellers in the U.S. and Canada.
• Engage and qualify leads using proven scripts and communication tools.
• Set appointments and follow up with the interested clients.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and real estate teams to optimize results.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
• Prior experience in BPO, or real estate (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work evening/night shifts to match North American time zones.
