We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial management. This role requires a dynamic leader with exceptional financial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive financial performance in a global context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
• Collaborate with international teams to align financial objectives and ensure seamless communication.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and projections.

Qualifications:

• A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in financial management, preferably within the chemical distribution or related industry.
• Proven track record of leading financial operations in a multinational or international environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for effective communication within our global team.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
