We are looking for a Field Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations . This role involves managing drivers, vehicles and their log sheets, dispatching tankers, supervising hydrant operations, and daily reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily field operations and deliveries
• Supervise and coordinate with Drivers
•  Monitor and maintain vehicle health & maintenance schedules
•  Hydrant station management
•  Maintain records of daily payments, Fuel usage, and delivery reports
•  Submit daily operations report to management
•  Resolve field-level issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure company policies and safety protocols are followed

Requirements:

•  Field operations or logistics experience preferred
•  Strong coordination and leadership skills
• Should be able to use Microsoft Excel 
•  Must have own bike for field mobility
• Good record-keeping and reporting ability
• Ability to work flexible hours 

Salary: 

• 40,000/- to 50,000/- PKR per month + Fuel 
•  Health insurance upon completion of 06 months.
