Job Description: |
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Officer-Third Party with proven experience in high-volume hiring within the FMCG, OMC, or retail sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, especially for frontline, field, and operations roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Execute mass hiring campaigns for sales, retail, and operational roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
- Conduct field visits and hiring drives when required.
- Maintain recruitment databases and generate regular reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in blue collar hiring.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel and participate in field hiring activities
