Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Officer-Third Party with proven experience in high-volume hiring within the FMCG, OMC, or retail sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, especially for frontline, field, and operations roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Execute mass hiring campaigns for sales, retail, and operational roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
  • Conduct field visits and hiring drives when required.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and generate regular reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in blue collar hiring.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in field hiring activities
