We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end planning and launch of a new electronics retail store in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will lead store development from concept to launch, managing timelines, budgets, teams, vendors, and compliance to ensure a successful grand opening.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for store construction and setup.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, interior designers, and suppliers for timely project delivery.
• Oversee procurement and installation of store fixtures, furniture, IT systems, and electronics inventory.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between management, vendors, and internal departments.
• Lead cross-functional teams including operations, IT, HR, and marketing.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure store development aligns with local building codes, safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews to guarantee high standards.

Technology & Logistics

• Supervise installation of POS systems, surveillance, networking, and store automation solutions.
• Coordinate with supply chain and warehousing for smooth inventory flow pre-launch.

Marketing & Launch Support

• Liaise with the marketing team for pre-opening promotions, signage, and brand visibility.
• Plan and execute a successful store launch event with all stakeholders.
