We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a strong background in BPO hiring, specifically for UK and USA -based campaigns. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in call center recruitment processes and capable of working in a night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for call center positions focused on UK and USA campaigns
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (portals, referrals, social media)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates
• Handle initial HR queries and assist in maintaining employee records
• Coordinate with the operations team for manpower planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience in the BPO sector
• Strong exposure to UK/USA campaign hiring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working onsite during night shift hours
• Must be proactive, well-organized, and goal-oriented
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
