We're a small UK taxi service looking for customer-focused individuals to join our growing team. While experience is nice, we care most about your communication skills and work ethic. We'll provide full training - you bring the positive attitude and the willingness to deliver excellent customer care!

You'll Be: 

• Handling customer bookings via phone/email 
• Solving ride issues and answering fare questions 
• Keeping accurate records of all transactions
• Delivering great service the British way

We Need You To Have: 

• Excellent English (both speaking and writing)
• Basic computer know-how (we'll train you on our systems) 
• Stable internet connection for remote work 
• Clean background (we'll help get your Police Certificate) 
• Willingness to work some evening/night hours

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required): 

• Previous customer service experience 
• Call center or sales background
