| Job Description: |
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures from raw materials to finished products.
- Conduct lab testing of all incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Lead food safety and quality audits, ensuring compliance with FSSC 22000, PS 3733-2022, and MS1500.
- Manage regulatory authority communications and maintain up-to-date compliance documentation.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints with a root-cause approach and preventive actions.
- Design and maintain detailed product specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Supervise QA staff and monitor production processes for adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct final product evaluations before market release.
- Oversee product and label registration processes.
- Lead labor hygiene and medical training to promote a clean and safe working environment.
- Organize food safety trainings across departments to cultivate a food safety culture.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of operational excellence.
