| Job Description: |
Looking for a certified Professional having a Bachelor\'s Degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management or Sales & Marketing is preferred, with at least 2-3 years of proven experience of Key Accounts, Customer Services, or in a similar role in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
This position ensures
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, needs, and challenges while identifying possibilities to improve the process.
- Proactively address problems and deliver solutions to ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
- Ensure correct data consolidation for the client’s approval for further processing.
- Liaison between cross-functional departments, i-e Operations and Finance for timely submission of invoices.
- Monitor and ensure timely recovery as per credit terms agreed with clients.
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Strong understanding of order management and invoicing processes
- Analytical skills with hands-on expertise in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
