Job Description: |
We are looking for driven, confident, and skilled Sales Executives who can onboard carriers through cold calling and social media outreach. If you lack these core skills, do not apply — we are only seeking serious and capable professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to truck drivers, carriers, and owner-operators in the USA.
- Use social media platforms (Facebook groups, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) to generate leads and close deals.
- Explain and promote our dispatch services professionally and convincingly.
- Convert objections into opportunities and close qualified prospects.
- Maintain and update CRM and lead tracking systems.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Strong spoken English and communication skills (this is non-negotiable).

Cold calling and/or social media sales experience is essential.
- Background in call centers or truck dispatching is preferred.
- Must be willing to work during US business hours (night shift).
- Confident, persuasive, and performance-oriented personality.
- Basic computer and CRM usage skills.
